Here are a few nice letters people have written us….

Dear Carmel and Ken

This note is just to let you know how grateful I am that Dick was able to spend his final days in your care. you know how involved I was in his care all those years, so it was hard for me when he needed your care. But I am so glad you opened your hearts to him.

Thank You

Dear Ken and Carmel,

I just wanted to say a heartfelt “thank you!” for all the love, care, and competence you showed in caring for my precious mom and in all your dealing with me.

You were all a huge blessing in a difficult part of our journey.

I’m enclosing a little story mom wrote – just to pass on a little something in her memory.

May God bless you richly as you continue to bless others,

Beverly

P.S. thanks for forwarding the mail

Dear Ken and Carmel,

We can’t thank you enough for providing such a nice home with excellent care for our mother. It was a real comfort to us knowing she was in such good hands. We’d like to send you out on a couple of date-nights to express our deep appreciation.

Thanks again,

Love,

Byron & Joyce Betts

Carmel & Michael,

It is late on Friday night–I am writing numerous thank-you notes to so many people who loved dad so.

I found your eulogy in the pile of cards.

Have read it now 5 times. Cried like a baby. So beautiful. Thank you so much. During this time of sorrow we learn how much our friends mean to us. Michael, thank you for everything and your reading at dad’s service. Carmel, people are still talking about you. You did dad well. I love you! Thanks again,

Teri, Mike & Tony Jr.
